These last three days in Paris were wonderful, it was my little girl’s 10th birthday today (going into double digits ), I will post tons of pics a bit later.

We have been very lucky with the weather so far — it’s been warm and sunny, I am posting a short video from this morning — a live band playing in Disneyland (click on the link, it should work)

Oh, what a shame. I have many videos, will upload properly when I get back to London. Also — for the first two days my phone was out of action cause it wouldn’t charge. We were in Paris itself then and I got it repaired in one of the Apple stores — eventually. It turned out that there was some water in the charging point of the phone and that had to be replaced. But hubby took pics during that time. It took a day to get the phone repaired whereas in London they do it much quicker — half an hour — tops. For now — just a few pics
On Saturday (yesterday )it was my daughter’s birthday. She had a Disney princess makeover experience — she was Anna from Frozen- (I will delete her pics later , just wanted to share the moment - it was absolutely magical)

What a beautiful little girl! Did you buy her the dress? She looks so gorgeous in it. It’ll be perfect for Halloween as well. Disney World is a great place for children and honestly for adults too. I love this place, the stories and rides. Sometimes I think that there are some children on our unfair planet who never saw and never will see this beautiful world. It’s better not to think about it since it’s too sad. Enjoy your time and we’ll wait for your pics once you get back to London.

Thank you very much — she really loved it — we booked the Disney Princess experience in advance from London — as it is very popular and here it is impossible to book because so many girls are doing it — from little girls to adult young women, you have to book it well in advance. The dress comes as part of the package, there are several packages from 60 Euros (that's a very basic one) to 354 Euros. With the best one you get the dress, the hair done, the make up, castle experience and personal audience with one of the Disney characters — she had personal audience with Paris Disneyland Elsa (from Frozen). It was part of her birthday present. Also — these are just my pics, they make lots of professional pictures, you can buy a family photo pass for 70 euros and get all the pics made by them, which is what we did. The dress is the official Anna’s dress.
It is actually lovely this time round, I am really enjoying it this time. Perhaps because the kids are at the age now where they can do a lot more — not just some rides. They don’t get tired as easily, as they are that little bit older. Today we are gonna go to DisneyWorld Studios, there will be a special ride on the tram where they are going to make special effects around you — like fire, flood, earthquake etc. This experience we couldn’t do before as even a year ago my littlest would be scared of it, now they are old enough to enjoy it. It will be all about film making today — animatronics, special effects, etc About how all the famous films like Jurassic Park, Star Wars etc were made The kids are very excited. There was also a fantastic Disney Parade yesterday and fireworks — it’s a little bit more special on Sundays. I videoed it, you will have to teach me how to put out the videos properly. You will love them — they will remind you of that special Disney feeling of magic.

Pirate ride on the spooky boat with special effects was great — animatronics of Jack Sparrow etc
This was the one I was trying to upload yesterday
I have tons, from the parade, etc We are off to the studios now — spent all day today on various rides as that is what the kids wanted

The Disney World Studios tour was fascinating yesterday (we never bothered doing the Studios on our previous visits as the kids were too little to be interested) — it was all about behind the scenes — lots of decorations from famous movie sets, this is a little video — part of the tram tour — the tram goes around the famous film sets and they create special effects around you — real ones and then explain how they are made — this was rain, fire, earthquake and flood
Will do more pics and videos when we get back to London. The fireworks today are gonna be great they say — even better than Sunday — they are changing their Disney illumination show today for Halloween.

We had very many great experiences in Paris and in Disneyland. I mean — you know what Paris is like — lovely, but the kids much preferred the Disneyland of course. And to be honest — each time you go there you can't help being impressed with Disneyland cause of the attention to detail, the quality — everywhere, every ride is a great experience. But the Disneyworld Studios is something else. I mean — we as adults were impressed quite a lot. One of the studios is called Armageddon and they take you through the experience where you take a part on set of Armageddon scene 85-A (I think that's the one) — you know, where a meteorite is falling on the space station — and it is so real — the quakes, the fire, the meteorite flying at you — the kids got scared actually, even I got a bit scared — but this is what the actors must be experiencing on set. It was fascinating. I didn't manage to video that one, as it was actually not allowed, but it was great.

I am so glad that you had great time at the Disney World. It seems Disney builds similar parks around the world, to underline a common idea and belonging to the world of Disney. For example, in Florida, the Main Street looks absolutely the same as on your pics from Paris Disney. Look at my pics:

Я много раз была в Диснейленде сама и с H. Также заказывали ланч со сказочными персонажами в замке и она была в платье Спящей Красавицы. Однажды, мы вдвоём были на Рождество. На главной улице шёл искусственный снег и парады были классные.
Мы носились от одного аттракциона до другого (она носилась, а я за ней) и я совершенно забыла заказать место в ресторане на рождественский ужин. Когда пришло время, мы зашли в один ресторан в парке — нам говорят, что мест нет, во второй — тоже самое… Мы так ходили, ходили и тут в одном ресторане, после того как женщина сказала нам, что мест нет, моя дочка расстроенно так — «Я хочу есть.» И тут произошло рождественское чудо… Женщине при входе стало нас жалко)) Она заявила: «Идите за мной. Ребёнок не должен быть голодным на Рождество.» Она нашла нам место где-то на закутке и стала приносить нам очень вкусные вещи. Мы наелись и опять пошли в парк и вернулись в отель только после его закрытия.

Когда мы были в Универсальных Студиях Армагеддона не было. Может сейчас появился. Однако, были другие классные аттракционы. Например, Twister. Там создавалось впечатление, что ты находишься в зоне урагана — темнело, начинался сильный ветер, гудение и страшный ливень. Жуть в общем и все мокрые потом)) Универсальные Студии была отдельная поездка, чтобы все успеть посмотреть.

А ещё одна поездка была в Seaworld. Я думала, что это тоже Дисней, но это не Дисней и там другие аттракционы и самый главный это шоу китов.
