В США Вы больше не можете снимать полицейских на камеру или фоткать их; они вас арестовывают за «обстрактинг гавернмент администрейшен», то есть за «Обструкцию действий органов власти»… Был бы человек, а закон, чтобы посадить его, в США найдётся! Чувака в личном автобусе остановил полицейский и уволок его в околоток просто потому, что он полицейского снимал на камеру. Чуваку в итоге придумали пришить «наличие окрытой банки пива в холодильнике личного автобуса». Ему это интерпретировали как открытую банку пива в общественном месте, и чувак день отсидел в тюрьме! Даже если вас в США не за что отштрафовать или посадить, вас могут просто арестовать на день, «до выяснения». Женщина снимала действия полицейских на улице из своего дома. Так они заметили и пришли её арестовать! Пришить ей ничего не удалось, и они её отпустили, но каждый день потом пасли и штрафовали за, якобы, неправильную парковку. Меряли линейкой расстояние колёс её автомобиля до бордюра!

В США производится более сотни вооружённых обысков в домах граждан каждый день (в том числе - и в ночное время)! Каждый случай правового беспредела можно оправдать «необходимостью». Только вот трудно поверить в то, что подобная «необходимость» возникает столь часто. Более ста вламываний полицейского спецназа в частные дома каждый день! Кстати: полицейский спецназ, аналог нашего ОМОНа, у них называется SWAT. Слышали, наверное, выражение «сватов засылать»? Как раз о нём… Сейчас в США столько уже законов и подзаконных актов, что даже юристы в них плавают. Только за последний год в США добавлено новых законов и регуляций восемьдесят тысяч! Законов много — и все они что-то запрещают. Поэтому жить, «не нарушая», могут только богатые. За очень большие деньги юристы могут поискать для вас лазейки… Что — у вас нет денег? Сами виноваты — придётся вам отправиться в тюрьму! Вы не знали, что система пенитенциарных учреждений в Америке является высокорентабельной отраслью экономики? Это и является причиной того, что четверть всех заключённых в Мире сидят в американских тюрьмах. Это же является и причиной обвинительного уклона американской судебной системы. Потому что основная задача американского суда — поставлять государству как можно больше бесплатных рабов.
