Я когда порывался это сделать. Каша у некоторых в голове действительно ужасная. Свободу и права человека путают с анархией. Свободу слова, являющуюся основой либеральной демократии, путают с пропагандой фашизма и ксенофобии, которые являются главным врагом этой же самой либеральной демократии. Демократию путают с "диктатом большинства" в виде подавления большинством конституционных прав меньшинства и попранием их основных прав. Ужос.

Not the job I would have thought they would give Boris, he's going to have to learn to not spout off so much.
For example when Obama spoke up about Brexit, and Boris answered back...
.... claiming Obama had an “ancestral dislike” of the British empire because he was a “part-Kenyan president.”
Boris was correct that Obama had no right to comment on the vote, but he could have been a bit more intelligent in his response.

Hi BlueJay, you didn't miss anything and congratulated me on my birthday exactly on the right day - 14th of July. This is the day I was born. Me and my husband joke sometimes that the whole France celebrates my birthday (as it is Bastille day in France). But yeah, I had a great time yesterday at Chiquito's. I looove fajitas, but yesterday I had Mexican Paella - with lots of king prawns, tiger prawns, chicken and chorizo. The sauce they make paella with at Chiquito is just fantastic, finger licking. Spicy, but not too much - just right. I also had too many Margaritas - chilli and coriander ones. They do lots of fruity ones too - like Strawberry and Passion fruit ones, but recently I have been into spicy and savoury things a lot. Thank God I took today off, as I do have a bit of a hangover. As regards Theresa May, it is very good news indeed for our country to have her as Prime Minister. Obviously, the folk in the City much prefer that we didn't have the damn Referendum at all and things just continued as they were. But the Referendum was held, turnout was high and we have the result. There is no point moping around now , we just have to get on with it and in my view Theresa May is someone who will make the best of it. We supported her from the very beginning of the contest. She is strong willed, great negotiator, very respected in the Tory Party. She will unite the country and the Party and will make the Brexit transition very smooth. We are not leaving Europe, we are just leaving the EU institutions. We will continue to have deals with European countries, trading with them ,etc. We will also be signing deals with China, Canada, Australia, New Zealand , US, Israel - all these countries already spoke out that they want to do business with us. There will be a turbulent period ahead but if anyone can steer the ship - it is definitely Theresa May. So all is cool. And also - keep it in mind, she will only trigger the Article 50 when we are good and ready - and that is when we have deals lined up with other countries and more importantly - we have clear negotiation position outlined with the EU and the new deal is in place.

You got Boris all wrong. He is nothing like Trump. He is not a biggot and not the right wing populist. He is actually a very clever and smooth operator, although he doesn't look it. The clown image he does purposefully . Being an Etonian and very much the establishment boy, he purposefully doesn't want to look sleek like Cameron did, he wants to project the image of an approachable, "not snooty and snobby" bloke, that's all. I think he'll be a great Foreign Secretary.

I met Boris Johnson personally - not lying , I have a video of him talking to me and ruffling my youngest son's hair when he was in the buggy when he was only 1.5. He came to Northcote Road , Wandsworth Common area - trying to help us save the one o'clock clubs for moms and also supported the campaign to turn the old shut Bolingbroke Hospital into the Bolingbroke Academy school. For Londoners - he was a fantastic mayor. A lot of people in London kind of "turned back" on him now, because he advocated Brexit, but - to be honest, one can't lay all the blame for Brexit at Boris's door. Clearly, it is the EU institutions that haven't been functioning properly in the interests of people for quite a long time now. We are not leaving Europe, we are reforming it. And Boris will make a great Foreign Secretary. And don't forget - our system is changing - there'll be new departments - for the EU negotiation (David Davis) , for global trade (which we couldn't do much about whilst being the EU member, as they just don't care. Even the deal with Canada has been in the works for 7 years now (!!!!) - still not finalized properly). Boris's emotional excesses (so to speak ) - will be well balanced by the others in the incredible team at No 10 that Theresa May will form.

You 've got to understand - this is very much a new Chapter, in the story of the UK. We haven't got much experience in doing any trade negotiating , as the EU (Brussels machinery ) took over quite a while ago. UK doesn't even have a seat at the WTO negotiations. All of this was left to the EU bodies to deal with. But they have done such a bad job of it, that UK now wants to take the risk of going it alone globally and negotiating our own deals . Canada - is one of our major partners that will advise us on those negotiations.
The UK has sought advice from Canada on how to cut a trade agreement with the European Union following the Brexit vote.
Chrystia Freeland, Canada’s trade minister who is scheduled to meet Liam Fox, the UK’s new secretary of state for international trade, on Friday afternoon, told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme her team had been having “technical exchanges” with the UK about its recently finalised deal with the EU.
David Davis, the new minister for Brexit, said on Thursday that his preferred model for the UK’s ongoing relationship with the EU is Canada’s comprehensive and economic trade agreement, known as Ceta.
Freeland said on Friday: “We have been sharing at a technical level, details of how Ceta works.”
However, she said securing such deals was “very very complicated”. She added: “There are 300 trade negotiators in Canada. It takes a big expert team to negotiate trade agreements,” Freeland said.
The UK does not have the expertise to negotiate trade deals, as for decades agreements have been conducted at EU level. Whitehall is scouring business, the European commission, and friendly countries including Canada, for trade specialists to help lead talks.
The government has said it plans to hire up to 300 staff in a bid to address a shortage of trade negotiators capable of forging closer economic ties to dozens of other countries.
Global trade deals will be bigger outside than in the EU, says David Davis Read more Philip Hammond, said last week – before he switched from foreign secretary to his new job as chancellor – that the UK had a shortage of trade negotiators and may need to hire staff from abroad to get the necessary expertise.
Davis has said that article 50, the formal process for negotiating the UK’s exit from the EU, should not be triggered until the end of the year, from when Britain would have two years to negotiate its trading terms with the 27-nation bloc.
Canada took seven years to finalise its deal with the EU and it is not expected to be implemented until 2017.
A top US trade official said on Thursday that he had already held preliminary discussions with British officials about how the two countries could pursue bilateral trade relations post Brexit.
Freeland said Canada had secured a “gold standard” deal with the EU. However, she made clear that while it had secured “ambitious services agreements”, it would not enjoy the same level of “passporting” that the UK currently has as a member state – a status that enables banks and financial services businesses to trade freely.
The Canadian deal also doesn’t offer the same level of freedom of movement for professionals as that within EU member states. While the control of borders and worker movement is something argued for by Brexiters, Freeland said: “Canada’s position is to be ambitious in mobility. We think that facilitates trade.

Чувство юмора у него - супер , Наб. Он долгое время был ведущим на "Have I got the news for you?", QI XL, Mock the week , и других политических комедий на telly.
Я уже здесь это где то постила, но еще раз - высмеивает Тони Блэйра и Лейбор - когда они были в самом пике у власти (на самом деле - куча Борисовской смелой сатиры - но я ссылки дайрект не могу дать ни на FT, ни на BBC I Player, ни на Dave - так как там мой эккаунт - personal subscription data , one has to be registered you see). But a few extracts people put on Youtube. If you enjoy English sense of humour - especially where politics is concerned, Boris is definitely "your cup of tea".
