I'm sorry you got it.
Yesterday i've learned my swimming pool is closed for some preventive work (2 weeks). Now i'm thinking about using my old treadmill. It was also hot in Moscow for several days. Now the temperature is back to normal.

Eteri and Irina?
Irina Viner is a legendary rhythmic gymnastics coach.
Her students dominate in rhythmic gymnastics since 90s (for more than 20 years, OMG ).
Eteri girls dominate in figure skating since Evgenia turned senior in 2016. That's why some fans make confessions like that). But Eteri has a long way to go )

In 2017 she had a short program called «River flows in you». It was about saying farewell to childhood. Here it is (with British Eurosport commentators )

Since that time some of her haters critics were saying that she looks like a child, she has childish style blah blah… therefore in 2018 she made a makeup that makes her look more mature.

P. S. I think she is happier now in Canada, may be that's why she looks younger. I'm not sure she was right to leave Eteri. But I think this is for the best. She will learn new things from her new coach Brian Orser and choreographers. Brian Orser is also known for his ability to correct flutz (Evgenia has that flaw and it gives Alina serious technical advantage).
And Eteri will have more time to train next generation of skaters. They are already better than Evgenia was in their age. If they keep their progress they will take figure skating by storm.

Thanks for caring. I got it so bad today — I can hardly see anything cause of the watery eyes, I am taking Claritin for it but it does absolutely nothing apart from making me feel drowsy. I will probably go home today and take tomorrow off to recover — I might as well — as don’t have any client appointments these two days and need to recover. At the moment I am useless at work. I told my workmates I would give it till lunchtime and if I don’t feel any better I will take Uber home. They are all right with it, as they can see I feel like shit.

River flows in you is one of my favourite musical pieces. I posted many different versions of it in my Music thread and also the Contemporary ballet version of it.

Eugenia is lovely, jealous people will always criticise something. Some critique is good and healthy, and some isn’t and can knock one’s confidence. I talk a lot about this to my daughter, as she is in performing arts and it is very important to have the right attitude to criticisms.
Anyway, can’t even write now — speak later, have a nice day

Yeah, I know, hubby and the kids are watching in the living room, I walked out now — I can't watch England play — it's sadomasochism. All they had to do was keep the defense going strong for the last couple of minutes and they #####ed up. Now it is going to go to penalty shoot outs and they will ##### up. They invariably do — penalty shoot outs is their weakest point, they ##### up 3 times out of 4 and I can't watch that. I am going to stay here in the garden room until it is over. Although my son is calling me to come up right now and watch. I am not going up.

Yeah, 7 minutes extra time, then penalty shoot outs. It's a knock out round, so there's gotta be a winner. England right now look worn out. The whole first half the Colombians played underhand, using dirty tricks, the English are gentlemen by nature and don't know how to deal with that, but they stayed calm and showed good sportsmanship. So in the end the Colombians got a penalty and Harry Kane scored (he scored 6 goals in this Cup so far, which is a record for an English player (any one player in the Championship) in the last 20 years, I think only Gary Lineker scored more in his days). Ever since then the Colombians thought they were hard done by and have been relentlessly attacking and our defense had been unusually brilliant — up until the last couple of minutes when Colombia equalized - last couple of minutes of extra time for injuries, can you believe it? . So, that's it, I think we will be out.

It's more extra time at the moment. England still have a chance to score. Actually, I am getting fed up with it — it's too nerve wrecking for someone like me. I am glad I am sick and not in the pub right now with my mates — I would have gone deaf then. Even now — from the garden room I hear lots of noise from the neighbours' gardens and we live in an upper middle class cool de sac area, I dread to think what is going on right now in some gardens in the East End for instance.
