I understand that her team has chosen these 2 warhorses to cover up her lack of artistry (compared to skaters like Carolina Kostner, Evgenia Medvedeva or Satoko Miyahara). But I don't think it is a best choice. There are plenty of other powerful and dramatic pieces of music to do it. Using Carmen and POTO it's like admitting — yes, her artistry is not there yet

Out of any piece of music one can create something different — no matter how used it is. For example the Dying Swan was performed by Anna Pavlova 4,000 times (!), everyone thought it was hers and hers only as she put a stamp on it, but later on it was interpreted by other ballerinas including Plisezkaya and it WAS different and taken to another level. So I am sure her and her choreographer will do well.

Creed — yeah, that's what you meant.
Well, they are very similar in the Catholic Church and the CoE.

What differences can you spot if any?

Well, he is considered the master of goal keeping here, otherwise Chelsea wouldn't have bought him and he wouldn't be earning £140,000 per week (!) https://www.totalsportek.com/football/chelsea-pl... Chelsea is probably the richest football club in the world and one of the best ones in the world.

Well, it makes sense, doesn't it? If the underdog wins — then they achieved a different level and deserve much more respect. Everyone likes a good fight and a fair competition. I think only the English with their mentality could have invented so many sports.

Here are just some of the sports that were invented by the English:

Football 1863
Cricket 1787
Rugby 1871
Golf 1502
Basketball & Volleyball
Hockey 1860
Rounders 1884
Badminton 1887
Lawn Tennis 1859
Table Tennis 1880
Snooker 1875
Bungee Jumping 1979
Bobsleigh 1890
Curling 1541
Darts

I am not into it either — usually, but during the World Cup everyone seems to be into it.

There was no photography allowed at the actual play, but I managed to snap the stage before the beginning of the play. She played Wednesday Adams — the littlest daughter, she did brilliantly. I will delete the pics later obviously, but here they are

There were made some adjustments because there was a nescessity to show the differences between traditional church and other beliefs.
For example in Greek pagan pantheon there were many gods who had many children from mortals (like Heracles). To make it clear the Lord Jesus is not like them:

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father;
through him all things were made.

Also these words were added in the Nicene creed because there were many discussions about the nature and origin of Jesus Christ.

Actually each paragraph of the Creed has a history behind it.

This paragrahp:

We believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified,

It was added when there were serious disagrements between christians about nature of the Holy Spirit. For example in orthodox Creed it will be «who proceeds from the Father», becase orthodox cristians belive the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father only and rests on the Son.

I just clicked on the link, it is wrong. My pictures and the post were about my daughter's performance — not about any vacations.

Try again
