Hola!
I wish all those boys and girls — tons of luck, here we say — «break a leg» — so as not to jinx it.
Here we are having Andalusia theme — food, etc, tons of meat and pork.

Then there will be a local band playing Gypsy King style tracks on the guitar

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cqZg_w4_Y9Y

Tomorrow Jon is taking Alex and Daniel for a day trip to «Hollywood wonders» — places where the best Westerns were shot with Clint Eastwood. My daughter can’t go, she is still down with the sunstroke, so I will have to stay with her at the resort. What a shame- out of all our family- she is the only one more or less directly involved with the performing arts industry.

Rika Kihira — Russian ladies main rival in the upcoming season.
Base value of her programs is higher than levels of Evgenia, Alina and Alena, but lower than Anna's and Sasha's levels.

She has triple axel in her arsenal, she tried to do it in the recent ice show in Japan. I bet you can guess what jump it was

Hi, thanks for nice and very colourful pics! They like bright colours in Spain, don't they?

Yeah, they do. It is such a shame the high temperatures are f*cking up our trip a tad. «Mini Hollywood» is apparently a fantastic trip and Vicky is missing it — just cause we went to the Aqua Park in the centre of Almería yesterday.

She hasn’t eaten anything since that trip, thank God we can keep her hydrated, she is drinking water.

Sorry to hear that Vicky doesn't feel well. Is there a doctor nearby?

Of course there is a doctor on the resort. She got a sunstroke after the Almería Aqua Park, had a high fever- they gave her Paracetamol and said to keep in shade and to drink water. They would have done the same in England. Yesterday we went for a walk on the beach promenade after 7 pm — and the temperature billboard was showing 30C — that is after 7 o’clock pm, in the shade, by the beach. So you can imagine what it is like inland, off the resort at midday. She will be alright, it is just she can’t handle an inland day trip. Thank you for caring by the way, you are a sweetie.

Yeah, for the Southern coast — completely normal, nothing out of the usual for this time of year. Look at the map- we are almost on the same meridian parallel as Africa. You know, sometimes I think about those British colonisers, who colonised Africa at one point. Those redhead Celts and blonde haired vikings — so brave.

The “Mini Hollywood” trip was amazing- our boys are saying- it is not just a movie scene thing, they took them to the nature reserve with 200 endangered species. My husband, Alex and Daniel say it was breathtaking. Me and Victoria missed it — had to stay at the resort

I am good, we are all great. We flew in back to London in the early hours of the morning yesterday. Vicky started feeling better on Wednesday, first started eating some salty pop corn and then her appetite returned. We chillaxed (chill + relax) on the beach for the last couple of days, didn't wanna go anywhere, just swam all day and sunbathed (with suntan lotion on — obviously). There was a great show on the resort on Thursday with Flamenco dancers. All in all — it was a fantastic holiday, we all feel rested. Sorry I didn't post, it is just yesterday I had to go to work — had some appointments which couldn't be missed and I didn't sleep the night before, cause the flight was during the night, so when I came home yesterday — I just crashed out (went to sleep immediately). Today we have to go to the cattery in Kent to pick up our cat, do some shopping, unpack, etc. It is hard to adjust after a long holiday. Here in London it is raining — not bucketing, just some sunshine and showers (short, heavy downpours) and 23 C. All of a sudden it feels a bit cold and I miss the Spanish heat now. How are you?

When we went to pick up Fifi from the cattery — it was actually quite traumatic. As soon as she heard Vicky's voice «Fifi, Fifi» — she started meowing like crazy (she is not a very meowy cat normally, not very vocal, just purrs when she is happy) — and that meowing continued all the way through the car journey back home — for nearly 2 hours. She almost lost her voice by the time we got home. Like she was complaining and crying that we left her there for over 2 weeks. She also gained a bit of weight — must have been comfort eating. We are now giving her lots of cuddles and reassurance and cat treats, she is a bit happier now. It must have been hard for her being there — not knowing when we would come back for her or even if we would come back. You can't explain it to a cat that one is gonna go on holiday and she had to stay in that place for 2 weeks and then one would come back and get her. Well, she is home now.
