Changing the subject, do you remember I told you about the Principal of the Royal Ballet — Natalia Osipova's «Mother» production? I didn't get to go, I was sick with flu at the time, but apparently — it was amazing, very strong performance, really pushing all the boundaries. Here is the review — in Russian — https://www.bbc.com/russian/features-48720966

Is she kinda Right wing politician?

Shut down as financial centers? Is he for real?

Not really, she is a centre right — she used to be a Tory for years, she was in Thatcher's Government, in John Major's Government and even in Cameron's I think. She then retired — never had any family or kids — totally dedicated herself to politics. When May started dithering with Brexit, she felt very strong about it and joined Farage's party, a lot of Tories defected to the Brexit Party — she is one of them.

Btw, do you prefer classical ballet or contemporary ballet?

As for me it depends on the performance.

Paris and Frankfurt are measly (that means «ridiculously small») financial centres — compared to London. London is the biggest global financial centre — bigger than Tokyo, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong. The way the City operates in Europe — is through passporting rights. The American banks operate in Europe through our — City of London's passporting rights. In case of a no deal — the EU will withdraw our passporting rights and everything will become more expensive for us to trade stocks and shares, etc. And the Americans will also lose their right to trade through our passporting rights, cause we won't have them. But we in turn, could levy taxes on EU stocks and shares to be traded on London Stock Exchange. And since most of the trade is here, they will be the ones to lose out. Like they are already losing — with Switzerland. They have to go around through intermediaries to trade their shares on the Swiss stock exchange and pay more. The Americans are opening more bank branches here in London, so — they obviously are not scared, so we shouldn't be either.

It is the same for me. But apparently — Osipova is very hot — the hottest dancer of our age — cause she pushes the boundaries with both contemporary and classic ballet — read the review. Such dancers are very rare, one in a million.

Thank you — we watched the video with the kids and they loved it so much — I translated the commentary for them from Russian into English — they loved it. My daughter loved the woman doing the commentary, started asking me about the language — «what does this mean and that mean» — I regret so much the fact that my kids don't speak Russian. But there is no point in trying to teach them — everything is in English here — they spend their whole day in the English language and when they come home — it's English again — my husband doesn't speak Russian only broken «Spasibo», «Ya lyublu tebya», etc. — just a few phrases. My parents have been trying their hardest to teach them Russian, but — they don't spend much time with them. So. I love those Taygan cutie plushy videos.

I'm glad you and your kids liked it too

Daniil just announced Alina‘s new free skate program theme. She will portray Cleopatra.

Music is:
Peter Gabriel — the feelings begin

Maurice Jarre — Lawrence d’Arabie ouverture

Khatir Hicham — Ramses.

A lot will depend on the music cuts, but It's better than Billie Eilish «Bad guy» anyway

I just got myself a new phone — I had I phone X — 128 GB — this is I phone XS — 256 GB — literally the best phone available. It was literally just delivered by DPD courier. Here it is, just setting it up

They XS came out last September but everyone was saying it was the same as I phone X pretty much, so I couldn't be bothered to upgrade. However, last week I smashed the screen on my I phone X and I had it repaired on insurance, my son wanted it — so I thought — I might as well upgrade to XS and give the X to him. Also my husband has had an I phone XS since last September and the camera on it is better he says. So — my pics will be better than yours. (I am joking).

Gorgeous music. She will make a great Cleopatra, as she looks quite Middle Eastern. In my view — the best Cleo portrayal in the cinema was by Liz Taylor, even though she looks European. This is a very old film, but still — I don't think anyone has done a better job since.
