You should run outside, especially during the summer and by the looks of it — you live near a park. Treadmill is boring and — it is more pressure on the joints usually. I use treadmill sometimes as well — but it is a state of the art treadmill in Fitness First Gym and I usually run for a minimum of an hour and a half — minimum — at about 11−12 km/per hour with 2.5 incline. Otherwise it doesn't feel like I did any running. But I am very used to running to be honest.

You would be surprised. People do use good quality diamonds for piercing, good quality metals are a must — otherwise one would get an infection. They say the best metal to use is platinum — in body piercing. Besides, you said it was an engagement piercing. And anybody normal — regardless of income would offer their other half a diamond for an engagement ring — diamond solitaire is a classic. On your picture the finger is pierced and there is a solitaire stone, like in any engagement ring, but without the actual ring with a shank.
One of my friends has so many piercings around her body — it is unreal. She has her eyebrow pierced, her nose on the side, nose ring, tongue, Madonna piercing (that is like a mole above you lip on the side), her chest, belly button, ears have like — 6 piercings each. She is quite well off, works in the City and is my age. And I say to her sometimes — don't you feel stupid now having all them piercings done when you were younger? She says «No, they are part of me, my youth, etc. «. She doesn't wear them to work — nothing like that is allowed, but she wears them when she goes out, etc. She says «If I could wear them to work, I would.»

It is less than a month left till our big family holiday in the South of Spain — just over two weeks we will be there— all inclusive this time, «beach seals» type of holiday. Instead of running around different Cities, museums, etc. I was scared that it was gonna be a massive heatwave again there — like last year (remember — it was +45 in Spain, France, + 54 in Portugal), and I am still scared. But Europe are having their heatwave now — it is + 45 C in France and has been for a week now. They are melting, apparently — 3 people died on the beach in Nice yesterday. And they cancelled all their end of year school exams — cause of the extreme heat. We are not feeling it here — it is around +23-+25C here and quite muggy (humid). We will only have one day of +31C this Saturday and then they are predicting huge thunderstorms. I hope that when we go on holiday to Spain, the weather will be sane.

Got to go to work now. The «big wigs» — our Head Office people — are still gonna be there today — so, not great. We can't even talk normally and joke around when they are there, everybody is just tense, it is like an extra layer of unwanted stress. As if we don't have enough stress in our jobs as it is. Anyway, have a nice day).

That is why in Taygan they keep cubs separately from grown-ups. And if the lioness or tigress doesn't recognise cubs as her babies (it happens from time time), they take the cubs away and give them to another mom (they have a few very kind tigresses and lioness who accept almost any cub as their own).

I used to run 10 kilometers as a warm-up before my 2 hour trainings (4 days a week) when I was playing handball at CSKA.
Now I doubt I can do it without consequences

I usually run for 30 minutes at 9.2 with 5% incline. But it happens only when I feel too tired or lazy to go to the swimming pool.

Probably it's very inconvenient to put them on/off all the time.

I like this type of holiday, because I like to swim. But I usually mix it with two-three trips to different cities where I visit museums and etc.

As far as I know — tigers don't eat their cubs, lions do.

So — they still do — separate newborns from their mothers at birth. That is awful.

What you are doing with the incline is stupid. 5 incline is far too steep and will put unnecessary pressure on the joints without any benefit. The thing with running outdoor is — well, it is natural and the incline constantly changes — sometimes you go up the hill, sometimes downwards, the surfaces are different — pavement, grass, an earthy path — so the pressure on the joints is varied. When you run for a long time on one mono surface with the same consistent incline — well, that damages your joints. But you don't run much anyway, like me for instance — so in your case it is no problem I guess.

Thank you. We had to go out with them yesterday to the pub we normally go to — they themselves said «Let's go to your usual, local». But — I couldn't relax, and they kept ordering champagne all the time, which I don't normally drink — cause it goes straight to my head and I get pissed very easily — so I spent all the time worrying and trying not to get pissed and do or say something silly. But I didn't and sipped my drinks very slowly.

I guess those who have had them for a while are used to that kind of thing.

We had too many of those types of holidays when our kids were tiny. Now we have to explore and can do it with them. But we love boat trips on the coast, snorkelling in great places, which are not usually near the beach. I snorkelled in some fantastic places in my life, saw fantastic coral reefs. It can't be compared with swimming by the beach and frying oneself on the beach all day and drinking and eating. But right now — we all feel very tired, so we will probably do quite a bit of that.

Yes, but they don't have separate territory for lions and tigers. So it's better to keep cubs with their mom away from other adults.

I don't use treadmill so often. So it's okay to have 5 incline. And to be honest I use interval training program so incline is changing from 0% to 5% every 30 seconds.

I like boat trips too. I never have motion sickness at sea, last time I was on Cyprus I spent entire day on the boat and I liked it alot.
