I meant «jester» in not such a positive way, in this programme he is more like a show off. A bit like Robbie Williams.
It was the same here between Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow — fierce competition.
First off, they were in the boy band called «Take that». The band was a generational band, super popular not just here but around the world in my teenage and early youth years. They were massive. They started the whole boy band phenomenon here. After them came West Life, Backstreet Boys, etc. — zillions of them. This was one of their most popular tracks (I was massively in love with my first husband back then)

And then Gary and Robbie had a bust up, cause Gary Barlow was the lead singer and then Robbie broke off and made a huge career

And then years later in 2012 they got back together again and reformed Take That and came up with some great tracks

My oldest Alex actually used to play with Mark Owen's son (he is a guitarist from Take That) in Wandsworth Common, Mark Owen lives in our area (well, used to live when my Alex was a pre schooler, he sold it in 2011 ). We've been to his house, etc. Now his wife has a property around here - the last I heard.

That's a funny track of his, «Party like a Russian». It drew a lot of criticisms for his portrayal of the Russian culture here, but only from those — who don't understand the culture either here or there. All he did was a bit of satire to have a laugh at the hedonistic parties of the Russian elites, the oligarchs mainly. Some people were saying it to him here that he was trying to have a go at Mr Putin and he said back something witty like «This has nothing to do with politics or Putin, it is just that the Russians have ridiculously good parties.»

Good news, Anna and Alena got sponsors! It isn't a big contracts like Alina and Evgenia have, but it is the first time I hear that juniors got sponsors. Anna got sponsorship from Zasport, Alena got sponsorship from Chiquesport. Probably Alexandra got sponsorship too

Alena is much prettier than the rest and has the personality to boot (without needing a lap dog — I am just joking), I can imagine her advertising some high end watch brand at one point in the future. Sharapova used to advertise Tags (Tag Heuer), someone like Alena could do Pateks, or female Breitlings or Rolexes. This is a Twenty~4® Women’s Watch —this is an 18K white gold with diamonds version — a collaboration between Patek Philippe and Tiffany and Co

I think sponsors made a smart move because in fact these girls are more popular than 99% of senior ladies.
These news kinda relief for me because I was warried that they won't get sponsors if new rule changes will oblige them to stay in juniors.

People often argue about who is prettier among ladies, but Alena in my opinion is most graceful among them hands down

I just remembered one funny moment. Some fans (haters) were bitching about Eteri girls, they said if judges valued real artistry more than jumping beans Eteri skaters would not dominate

I posted this gif

And they STFU and GTFO of the thread

That's quite massive. Puma is of course not high end, but a massive fashion sports brand, so she must be chuffed

chuffed
/tʃʌft/
adjectiveINFORMAL•BRITISH
very pleased.

I hope it will cheer her up, unlike Evgenia she didn't take easy her defeat at Russian nationals.

Alena of course, what a silly question. But then again — that's just my opinion. Alena is foxier.

Evgenia is beautiful when she is performing. But they are all beautiful in their own ways. I am not a man to judge female beauty.
To me — my daughter is the most beautiful of all girls and my boys are the handsomest and the cleverest. But I am OK with the fact that not everyone will think that way.

A freind of mine who owns his own forum about figure skating likes this Plushenko's program very much. Probably, because he likes Michael Jackson
